Secib Neo

Secib Neo can be connected to Ordalie as an organization document source. Once configured, the firm’s Secib dossiers, folders, and documents appear in the workspace so they can be browsed, searched by name, opened, and used as context for research, drafting, review, or workflows.

The integration is designed for organizations that already use Secib Neo as a practice-management and document repository. Access is configured by an administrator and remains tied to the Secib API credentials provided for the organization source.

Availability and access

  • Organization integration, configured by an organization administrator.
  • Requires a Secib cabinet identifier, client ID, and client secret. Ordalie uses https://api.secib.fr/forward by default unless another allowed Secib API URL is configured.
  • Supports read-only and read-write scopes; read-only is the default setup.

Setup guide

Step 1: prepare Secib Neo API access

  • Make sure the cabinet has Secib Neo API access enabled.
  • Collect the cabinet GUID, client ID, and client secret for the Ordalie connection.
  • Confirm which scope should be granted: read-only for browsing and analysis, or read-write if your organization explicitly wants Ordalie to create or update documents through the connection.

Step 2: connect in Ordalie

  • Open the workspace and choose Connect a source, or go to Settings > Organization > Integrations.
  • Select Secib Neo and enter the cabinet GUID, client ID, client secret, and optional API URL.
  • Validate the connection. Ordalie confirms the mount by reaching Secib and listing accessible dossiers or documents.

How it works

  • Navigation: Secib dossiers are exposed as folders. Repertoires and documents can be opened from the workspace file explorer.
  • Search: users can search by dossier or document name. Filename patterns such as PDF searches are supported; full-text content search depends on what the Secib API exposes.
  • Reading: documents can be opened and attached as context for assistant answers, document work, and workflows.

FAQ

Why can’t I see a dossier after connecting? Check that the Secib API credentials have access to the cabinet and dossiers you expect to use in Ordalie.

Can Ordalie write back to Secib? The integration supports read-only and read-write configuration. Use read-only unless your organization has explicitly decided to allow write actions.

Can each user connect their own Secib account? Secib Neo is configured as an organization source in Ordalie, so an administrator sets it up for the team.
