The free plan is limited to a few queries per week. PRO and MAX are designed for daily professional use with no published cap: every query has a real cost for us (compute and AI models), so we apply a fair-use principle to keep the same quality of service for everyone. In practice, the vast majority of users never notice any limit, and MAX doubles the capacity of PRO for the most demanding workloads.

Yes. The monthly plan has no commitment: cancel in a few clicks from the Subscription & Billing portal in your account, with no fees and no notice period. Your access stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are simply not charged again.

The annual plan covers 12 months billed once, upfront, with a 10% discount compared to monthly: the price shown under the "Annual" toggle is the equivalent monthly price. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the year you already paid. The monthly plan has no commitment at all.

Yes, at any time. Changes are prorated so you only pay for the time you actually use: upgrading from PRO to MAX, or moving from monthly to annual, credits the unused portion of your current cycle and applies the new rate immediately; switching the other way generates a prorated account credit.

Payments are processed by Stripe through a secure customer portal, by card or SEPA direct debit. You can update your payment method and download all your invoices there at any time. Ordalie never stores your banking details.

All prices are shown excluding VAT, per user and per month. The applicable VAT is added at checkout and itemized on your invoices.

Only organization admins can manage billing. You can add or remove seats at any time and invoices are consolidated for the whole organization. Seat changes take effect immediately and are prorated for the remaining period. Billing is handled through a secure Stripe portal, where you can also update payment details and download invoices.

Yes. Members of the Barreau de Paris are eligible for a discount on PRO and MAX.

Yes. SSO/OIDC and access governance are included in MAX, at €99 per user per month (€89.10 billed annually), so no Enterprise contract is needed. Setup is done with our technical team to match your identity provider.

Yes. Start a conversation from a project to use that matter's documents, conversations and connected folders as its context, and choose the active sources (legal corpora, connected storage, custom websites) in your source settings; switching internet sources off keeps research on legal corpora and your own documents. With the Vault module, Ordalie can also search your internal repositories on-premise.

Yes. Beyond MAX (which already includes SSO/OIDC, access governance, and priority support with SLAs), we offer Enterprise deployments with the Vault module (secure indexing and semantic search across your internal repositories), on-premise or private hosting, custom connectors, and dedicated onboarding.
