- The Ordalie team

Word editing and exports have been significantly improved

Ordalie now handles Word document content and styling with much finer granularity. The editor has been reworked in depth to preserve document structure, formatting, and details more faithfully, and the AI is now much more comfortable editing documents in markup, especially for template filling, coherence checks, and other document workflows.

Ordalie is now available in German, Spanish, and Portuguese

You can now use Ordalie in German, Spanish, and Portuguese, in addition to French and English. Language selection now follows your browser more closely, and more key product surfaces, including in-app updates and some help areas, now appear in your chosen language.

You can now switch from monthly to annual billing inside Ordalie

If you have an individual monthly subscription, you can now switch to annual billing directly from your subscription settings. Ordalie shows the exact amount due, including proration, before you confirm, so you can make the change immediately without going through support or guessing the charge.

Setting up and joining a team workspace is smoother

Onboarding now separates solo and team paths. If you sign up with a work email, Ordalie can prefill your workspace name, logo, and colors, let you invite teammates during setup, and give invited users a dedicated acceptance flow. The result is a much smoother way to get a shared workspace up and running.

Search now covers more of your connected storage

Ordalie search now includes connected storage that has already been indexed, scans deeper folder trees, and refreshes that index automatically to keep results current. In practice, it is easier to find files buried in subfolders, with fewer gaps and fewer indexing stalls along the way.

You can now connect Gmail to Ordalie

The Gmail connector is now visible and available inside Ordalie. You can connect your Gmail inbox as a source and work with those emails directly inside the product for search and workflows.

Chat sidebar now previews PDFs and other native files more reliably

When you open a document from chat, the sidebar viewer now identifies PDFs and other native file formats more reliably and opens the right preview mode.

In practice, it is easier to inspect the original file directly from the conversation instead of ending up with a generic fallback view.

Luxembourg sources are here

Source settings now let you enable Luxembourg legal materials alongside the existing jurisdictions, and search queries can scope results to Luxembourg sources when needed.

Source cards and document views also expose direct verification links when available, including Legilux, so it is easier to confirm the exact text you are relying on.

You can now follow product updates from inside Ordalie

Ordalie now surfaces validated product updates directly inside the app: a small unread badge in the help hub, a dedicated updates panel, and a lightweight popup when something new is available.

That means it is easier to spot what changed, open the latest updates without leaving your workspace, and come back later to re-read the details.

PDF annotations are now preserved on import

When you import a PDF that already contains annotations, Ordalie now preserves comments, notes, highlights, underlines, strikeouts, and other supported markup inside the imported content. That means the document stays much closer to the original reviewed version, with its editorial context still visible, instead of losing those signals during OCR.

You can manage files directly inside connected storage

In writable connected storage, Ordalie now lets you create a blank Word document directly in the folder you need, drop files into any visible folder, and delete files or folders from the interface. New items appear in the list immediately while they are being created or uploaded, so managing documents feels much smoother without bouncing back to the source tool.

Document uploads are more flexible

From the Documents page, you can now intentionally re-upload the same file without being blocked by deduplication. File pickers now also surface the full set of formats Ordalie already supports, including Excel, PowerPoint, emails (.eml/.msg), and images, so supported files are much less likely to look unavailable when you upload them.

Coherence check now opens the document you need to review

When you run a coherence check, the relevant document now opens automatically in the review sidebar. The comments tied to suggestions are visible there as clickable highlights with their review card, so it is much faster to understand and validate the proposed fixes.

You can now connect Agestia to Ordalie

If your organization uses Agestia, you can now connect it to Ordalie to browse your case files and documents from the platform, then write files back into your Agestia folders when working in read-write mode. That means fewer back-and-forth steps and a more direct workflow between your matter management system and your work in Ordalie.

Prompt Studio brings your reusable prompts into one place

Prompt Studio now brings together official prompts, your saved prompts, and prompts shared with you in a single library. You can search them, adapt them before sending, share them with teammates, import them more easily, and in analysis mode select several prompts to run across all selected documents.

Real-time collaboration is more stable

Collaborative editing now reconnects more cleanly after a temporary interruption or an expired authentication step, which reduces unwanted disconnects while working together. Contributions also show clearer author labels, so it is easier to see who changed what.

Large tables and source previews are easier to read

Tables generated in chat can now open in an expanded view, making them easier to read and better at handling long values. Source previews inside modals also scroll more naturally, without awkward double scroll areas, so it is easier to inspect original documents.

Storage connections are now checked before saving

Storage connections are now verified prior to saving.

Coherence check now fixes objective language mistakes too

Coherence check now catches obvious spelling, agreement, conjugation, accent, apostrophe and punctuation mistakes in addition to references, numbering and calculations. Fixes still appear as Track Changes suggestions, so review stays fast.
