Format a Word passage with the assistant
Ask the assistant to bold, colour or highlight a specific passage in your Word document. Quote the words you want to format rather than the whole paragraph.
With the assistant
- “In ‘Rural lease, summary table’, highlight in yellow the sentence ‘Le statut du fermage s’applique également dans certains cas, par détermination de la Loi.’ and bold only the words ‘détermination de la Loi’.”
The highlighted sentence and bold words appear in the document. Formatting changes can be accepted or rejected through tracked changes.

Limits
The quoted passage must be unambiguous within a paragraph in an editable Word document. Alignment applies to the whole paragraph, not to individual words.
