No system can guarantee 0% hallucinations today. Ordalie keeps the rate exceptionally low by **anchoring answers in verified legal sources** (codes, case law, and your own documents) and **refusing to speculate** when sources are missing. We maintain an **observed hallucination rate under 1%** in production. You can always inspect the evidence used and refine the scope as needed.

Everything is **hosted in France**—both the application and the models we operate. When we call external model providers, we enforce strict contractual requirements: **(1) no data retention**, and **(2) processing must happen in France**. Your content stays private, **encrypted in transit and at rest**, and is never used to train shared models without explicit permission.

By default we do not train shared models on your content, and any optional learning features are opt-in and scoped. With external model providers, we enforce no-retention and France-only processing contractually.

Yes. You can import common file types (PDF, Word documents, PPTX, XLSX, TXT/MD), optionally enable automatic anonymization at import, and ask Ordalie to analyze, compare, or draft using your materials. You can also add trusted websites as sources so responses are grounded in the sources you rely on. Everything remains private to your account or organization.

Yes. The interface is available in French and English, and Ordalie analyzes and drafts in both languages. The AI system understands 100+ languages, so mixed-language documents are handled gracefully while keeping references verifiable.
