Microsoft Teams

The Microsoft Teams integration links a Teams identity to an Ordalie account so eligible users can receive or continue Ordalie interactions from Teams while keeping access tied to their Ordalie session and organization permissions.

Who can use it

Microsoft Teams support is intended for organizations or users for whom the Teams integration has been enabled. If you open a Teams link and cannot complete the connection, contact your Ordalie administrator or support.

Linking your account

• Open the Teams link provided by Ordalie or by your organization.
• Sign in to Ordalie if requested.
• Confirm the account-linking screen. Ordalie verifies your session before associating the Teams identity with your Ordalie account.
• Once linked, responses and notifications can be delivered through the configured Teams channel or conversation when the integration supports it.

Permissions and data

Teams does not replace Ordalie permissions. Documents, projects, workflows and organization resources remain governed by the same access rules as in the web app. If the Teams bot cannot verify a user or organization context, it should stay silent rather than exposing information in the wrong place.
