Which document formats can I use? Ordalie handles PDF, DOC, DOCX, TXT, MD, PowerPoint (PPTX) and Excel (XLSX/XLS).

Which browsers work? Ordalie runs on every modern browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge. Keep yours up to date for the smoothest experience.

Are my documents secure? Yes. All documents are encrypted and remain strictly private. They are never shared with other users without your explicit authorization. See our privacy policy for more details.

Can I use Ordalie offline? No — Ordalie needs an internet connection, since the AI and the legal databases live online.

How do I cancel my subscription? Open your profile and go to Subscription and Billing to manage everything through the Stripe portal. Cancelling is free, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
