Outlook
Connect your Outlook mailbox to access your emails and attachments directly from Ordalie. This integration lets you search through your correspondence, reference specific emails in AI conversations, and analyze attachments without manual downloads.
Who can configure it
Any PRO user, from Settings > Integrations. This is a personal integration tied to your individual Microsoft account.
Setup guide
Step 1: Connect your mailbox
- Go to Settings > Integrations.
- Find Outlook and click Connect.
- A Microsoft OAuth popup will appear. Sign in with your Microsoft account.
- Authorize Ordalie to access your mailbox (read-only access).
- Once authorized, the popup closes and your Outlook mailbox appears in your integrations list.
Step 2: Use your emails
Once connected:
- Browse your mailbox folders (Inbox, Sent, Drafts, etc.) through the workspace panel.
- Search across your emails using Ordalie's search or the AI assistant.
- Mention specific emails with the @ system in your conversations.
- Analyze attachments — the AI can read and process email attachments directly.
How it works
Ordalie connects to your Outlook mailbox via the Microsoft Graph API. The integration provides:
- Folder browsing: Navigate your mailbox structure (Inbox, Sent Items, custom folders).
- Message listing: View emails sorted by date (most recent first), with pagination.
- Attachment access: Each email's attachments are accessible as sub-items. The AI can read and analyze them.
- Search: Full-text search across your emails with optional date range filtering.
