No system can guarantee 0% hallucinations today. Ordalie keeps the rate exceptionally low by anchoring answers in verified legal sources (codes, case law, and your own documents) and refusing to speculate when sources are missing.

We maintain an observed hallucination rate under 1% in production. You can always inspect the evidence used and refine the scope as needed.

Everything is hosted in France—both the application and the models we operate. When we call external model providers, we enforce strict contractual requirements: (1) no data retention, and (2) processing must happen in France.

Annual billing includes a 20% discount compared to monthly, and all plan or seat changes are prorated so you only pay for the time you actually use. If you move from monthly to annual, we credit the unused portion of your current cycle and immediately apply the annual rate; switching the other way generates a prorated account credit. The same proration applies when you add or remove seats mid-cycle.

Only organization admins can manage billing. You can add or remove seats at any time and invoices are consolidated for the whole organization. Seat changes take effect immediately and are prorated for the remaining period. Billing is handled through a secure Stripe portal, where you can also update payment details and download invoices.
