Connect your Gmail mailbox to access your emails and attachments from Ordalie. Search through your correspondence, reference emails in AI conversations, and analyze attachments — all without leaving the platform.
Who can configure it
PRO users with Ordalie admin privileges, from Settings > Integrations. This is a personal integration using Google OAuth.
Setup guide
Step 1: Connect your Gmail account
- Go to Settings > Integrations.
- Find Gmail and click Connect.
- A Google OAuth popup will appear. Sign in with your Google account.
- Authorize Ordalie to access your Gmail (read-only access by default).
- Once authorized, the popup closes and your Gmail appears in your integrations list.
Step 2: Use your emails
Once connected:
- Browse your Gmail labels (Inbox, Sent, Starred, custom labels) through the workspace panel.
- Search across your emails using Gmail's powerful search syntax via the AI assistant.
- Mention specific emails with the @ system in your conversations.
- Analyze attachments — the AI can read and process email attachments directly.
How it works
Ordalie connects to your Gmail via the Gmail API. The integration provides:
- Label browsing: Navigate your Gmail label structure (Inbox, Sent, custom labels).
- Message listing: View emails within a label, sorted by date (most recent first).
- Attachment access: Each email's attachments are accessible as sub-items for AI analysis.
- Search: Full-text search using Gmail's search operators, with optional date filtering.

Ordalie only requests read access. It cannot send, modify, or delete emails.
