Sharing and downloads: Office files, shared projects and documents
Office files: in a batch download without anonymization, Excel and PowerPoint files with an available original keep their format; other files use the chosen export format.
Shared projects: use Leave matter in the menu to remove your access without deleting the project for other participants.
Shared documents: the menu lets you remove a shared document from your workspace without deleting it for others, where your access can be removed.
Import: a file whose processing failed stays visible with a failure message. A row with no available document can be hidden with Dismiss.
