Give each member a Pro or Max license

An organization no longer needs the same plan for everyone. The admin chooses each member's license, independently of their role.

Choose licenses

In Settings > Organization, the License column of the member list offers None, Pro or Max. To move the organization to a paid plan, click Choose licenses, select the members to cover, then Continue to payment.

Billing

Paid licenses are grouped on the organization's subscription and on a single invoice. Only active members with a Pro or Max license are billed: an invitation is billed only once it is accepted and a license is assigned. Changing a license can adjust the invoice through proration.

Limits

If a member already has a personal subscription, they are not preselected: Ordalie shows what happens to that subscription before it activates the organization's license.
