Attach a whole project as one source

When you want the assistant to work from a project, you no longer need to select its documents one by one. A project can now be attached as a single source from the context picker.

Folders stay browsable without being accidentally selected in bulk, and simple attachment flows no longer show unnecessary visible limits. The goal is to make the common case feel obvious: pick the project, keep moving.
