Review property sale files and donation-sharing deeds

Real estate sale file review

Add the Draft deed and the Supporting documents: title deed, mortgage report, diagnostics, planning, co-ownership or financing documents. A Specific question is optional.

The report contains:

• major alerts, with their sources;
• consistency checks between the draft deed and the supporting documents;
• missing documents;
• points to check before signing;
• the list of documents in the file and the role of each one.

Donation-sharing analysis

Add the Case documents: civil status records, donations, donation-sharing deeds, wills, renunciations, affidavits of heirship, marriage contracts.

The report lists the gifts it finds (date, donor, beneficiary, value, whether they are reportable, reserved usufruct), the heirs and their lines of descent, a provisional calculation of the reserved share, the disposable portion and any reduction, then the missing documents. Items seen without sufficient proof are listed separately.

Limits

Reports are written in French. The reserved share calculation is indicative: it does not replace the net estate figures or the notary's review.
