Connect Secib Neo as a document source

Teams that keep their matters and documents in Secib Neo can now bring that source into Ordalie without changing how the cabinet is organized.

An organization administrator can connect Secib with the cabinet identifier and API credentials. Once connected, Secib dossiers, repertoires, and documents appear in the workspace, where they can be browsed, searched by name, opened, and used as context for assistant work and workflows.

The connection supports read-only setup by default, with read-write available when the organization explicitly enables it.
