Switch plans without surprises, alone or as a team

Billing should be clear before anyone clicks through to payment.

We tightened the plan-selection flow across the pricing page, onboarding, account settings and premium prompts. Direct subscribers can switch plan or billing period from the same experience, trial users are guided to subscribe, and people covered by an organization now see that access as included through their organization instead of as a personal plan state.

For organizations, the billing card now makes seat pricing easier to read before checkout. When an organization subscription covers someone who already pays personally, Ordalie keeps the organization as its own billing entity and can schedule the redundant personal subscription to end at the close of the already-paid period.
