Answers no longer get lost when a connection drops

Long work sessions should not be interrupted by browser quirks, stream drops, or session bookkeeping.

We tightened several reliability paths: conversations can recover the final answer if a live AI stream ends without its closing event, the chat view scrolls correctly again across browsers, and active devices are handled server-side so users are less likely to be caught in repeated session-revocation loops.

It is a quiet update, but it should make Ordalie feel steadier during everyday research, drafting, and review work.
