Shared sources stay within your organization’s access rules

Connected sources are more predictable when they are shared across an organization. Ordalie now handles external folders and files with a clearer organization scope, so people see and use the sources that are actually meant for their workspace.

This matters most when a team connects shared libraries, client folders, or external storage spaces. Browsing, selecting folders, and reusing documents in workflows should feel less ambiguous: the source stays attached to the right organization, and the assistant has a cleaner understanding of where a document comes from.

We also improved the way external folders are opened and selected. The goal is simple: when a source is connected for a team, it should behave like a reliable part of that team’s workspace, not like a detached technical integration.
