Workflow document references no longer need filler text

Workflows can now use document references more naturally.

Previously, some workflow steps required extra placeholder text around a document reference to make the instruction work as expected. That made prompts less readable and forced users to write around the system instead of writing the instruction they actually wanted.

You can now reference a document directly in a workflow step with less boilerplate. The workflow remains clearer, easier to review, and easier to maintain over time.

This is a small change, but it matters for teams that build reusable workflows. Cleaner instructions reduce ambiguity and make it easier for another user to understand what the workflow is supposed to do.
