Account types

Ordalie offers different account types to meet your needs:

• Free version with limited functionality
• PRO subscription with full access to all our features
• Enterprise Account (including advanced features for team collaboration)

Invoices

Ordalie uses Stripe to manage payments and invoices :

• Access your Stripe customer portal by clicking on your profile (the circle at the top left)
• Select Subscription and billing from the drop-down menu
• On the Stripe platform, view your complete invoice history
• Download your invoices in PDF format directly from the Stripe interface
• Update your payment and billing information
• View your current subscription details

Modify your subscription

You can easily adjust your subscription according to your needs :

• Upgrade from free to PRO to unlock all features
• Add additional users to your Organization
• Cancel your subscription at any time

To change your subscription, access your account settings and select Subscription.
